We have an amazing opportunity for a
Team Leader (Mobile)based in Durban, Kwa Zulu-Natal

The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure growth targets for mobile betting are achieved. Analyse financial information to identify trends, manage costs, and increase profits within the team. Ensure proactive reporting on these areas.

You Bring:

• A minimum of 12 months in a leadership role or equivalent exposure.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
• Strong listening, communication, presentation, and social skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

• Workcloselywith Area Managerstomeetrequiredtargets
• Planmarketingcampaigns/promotions/eventswiththeassistanceofthe
  
  AreaManagerand regional marketing Team
• Facilitatedailypromotionalactivities
• Ensure marketing material is available and in good conditionfor all campaigns.
  
  All campaigns/promotions should be completed successfully and professionally
• Measuretheeffectivenessofpromotions.
  
  Use Promo Trackertomeasuretheeffectivenessofthe  promotion/event/campaign
• Conductmarketanalysis/researchtomakesuggestionsforimprovementswithinthemobiledepartment
• Recruitmentandinterviewingincoordinationwith Area Manage rand HR department
• The performance and team management of sales agents this includes the setting of daily targets, completing performance reviews, (twice a year) conductingday-to-day people management functions such asHR/IR, and the poor performance of team members (PIP) function.
• Managementofteammembersleave,absenteeism,and attendance
• Identifypotentialof Top Up Voucheroutlets .Visitingoutletswhererequired
• Organisecontinuoustrainingtoensuresalesagentsunderstandthedifferentbettingtypes,bettingprocess, products and TUV
• Ensurethatcash-ups aredonefollowingthecash-up procedures.
  
  Responsible toensurethatthereareno shortages. Report all shortages to management immediately
• Ensure that Boostervehiclesareclean,brandingisingoodcondition,vehicleinspectionsareconducted weekly, and that vehicles are serviced
• Submit Daily Reports .
• Anyotherrelateddutiesthatmightberequired.

What You’ll Bring To The Team:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be result driven.
• Good understanding of Mobile and Internet betting, betting procedures and types and TUV (top up voucher) distribution.
• Strong system and sales knowledge.
