Operations Strategy Manager

Our client, a major player in the e-commerce and logistics sector, is seeking a strategic and analytical Operations Strategy Manager to join their dynamic team in Durban, Kwa Zulu-Natal . • Develop and refine the overall operations strategy to align with company goals and market demands.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Design and implement new operational processes and initiatives to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure successful execution of strategic plans.

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations strategy, supply chain management, or management consulting with a focus on operations.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful operational strategies.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis and modeling.
• Excellent understanding of supply chain, logistics, and e-commerce operations.
• Demonstrated project management skills, with experience leading complex initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Durban, Kwa Zulu-Natal , with a hybrid work arrangement.
