Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the construction industry and a strong work ethic. As a Construction Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites, including but not limited to, carrying materials, operating machinery, and performing general labor duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the preparation of construction sites before work begins - Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks - Operate construction machinery, such as forklifts and cranes, under supervision - Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact and level earth to prepare for construction - Assist with the installation and assembly of construction materials, such as scaffolding, shoring, and braces - Clean and maintain tools and equipment - Follow all safety protocols and regulations on construction sites - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors - Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner - Adhere to company policies and procedures Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in the construction industry preferred - Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints - Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks - Knowledge of construction tools and equipment - Ability to work in a team environment - Excellent communication and time-management skills - Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits:
