Business Manager

As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and financial performance of their construction projects. You will work closely with project managers and other key stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Oversee the financial performance of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements.
• Manage project risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop and implement project plans and strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities in the construction industry.

• Technical background with commercial and contract knowledge.
