Goldman Tech Resourcing (Pty) Ltd is looking for a professional Quantity Surveyor to join their Durban-based team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the commercial Quantity Surveying sector with exposure to various private sector projects including hotels, offices, and multi-storey residential buildings. A solid understanding of JBCC contracts and proficiency in WinQS and Dim X is essential.
The candidate must demonstrate strong commercial acumen, numerical accuracy, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
