Job Description
Construction Project Coordinator
Blu Pool Services is looking for a practical, organised and detail-focused Construction Project Coordinator to join our construction department.
The successful candidate will assist with project planning, site documentation, construction administration, supplier follow-ups, client updates, project folders, ServiceM8 job cards, site surveys, measurements, photos, and handover documentation.
This role is suited to someone who has experience in construction, Civil, site administration, project coordination or technical operations. Pool industry experience is beneficial but not essential.
The candidate must be accurate, reliable, process-driven, comfortable communicating with clients and suppliers, and able to work closely with site teams and management.
Key requirements:
Construction / project coordination / site admin experience preferred.
Strong administration and organisation skills.
Good communication skills.
Computer literate.
Able to follow procedures and checklists.
Practical, reliable and detail-focused.
Valid driver’s licence preferred.
Willing to learn pool construction.
