Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree or Bachelor of Technology Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Must be registered with SACQSP as a Professional Quantity Surveyor.
- Must have at least 10 years of post‑registration experience, specifically within the private sector.
- Must have demonstrable experience across the sectors previously discussed:
Retail developments, Healthcare facilities, Industrial developments, and Commercial office developments. - Must have been exposed to large‑scale commercial developments and client‑facing leadership responsibilities.
- Must have strong commercial acumen and contract administration expertise.
- Must have proficiency in industry‑standard QS software and reporting tools.
