An established organisation within the built environment and large-scale residential project delivery sector is looking to appoint an experienced Contract Manager to lead multiple construction projects across Kwa Zulu-Natal. This senior leadership role requires a commercially astute construction professional with strong project execution capability, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex developments from planning through to final delivery.

Minimum Requirements

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 10 years’ construction management experience
Proven experience managing large-scale residential developments
Strong financial, budgeting and cost control capability
Experience leading site teams and subcontractors
Proficient in MS Project and construction planning systems
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation ability

Key Responsibilities

Oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion
Manage project budgets, forecasting, timelines and quality standards
Lead contractor, supplier and site team performance
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational standards
Manage municipal, regulatory and stakeholder engagement
Drive project delivery milestones and commercial outcomes
