Sunsai Glass & Aluminium, a specialist aluminium & glass contractor based in Tongaat, KZN, is looking for a Post-Contract QS to join our commercial team.
This role starts once a contract is awarded and owns the full post-contract commercial cycle — progress claims, variation orders, sub-contractor payment certification, EOT (Extension of Time) submissions, and final accounts. (
Note:
this is not a tender/take-off role — we have a dedicated pre-contract estimation team for that.)
What we're looking for:
- 3–5 years of hands-on post-contract QS experience
- Ideally from a specialist sub-contracting background (aluminium/glass, façades, structural steel, or similar)
- Comfortable holding firm in claim negotiations under contractual deadlines
- Solid working knowledge of JBCC contracts, including time bars and EOT procedures
