Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Contracts / Project Management within construction
- Direct glass and aluminium industry experience – essential
- Strong experience with façades, curtain walling, shopfronts, glass and aluminium installations
- Strong knowledge of JBCC contracts, variations and claims
- Proven experience managing site teams, subcontractors and multiple projects
- Strong project planning, cost control and client management experience
- Relevant construction/project management qualification – advantageous
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport – essential
