Manage the commercial and financial aspects of glass and aluminium construction projects, including tendering, quantity take-offs, cost control, valuations and variations.
Requirements- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field
- 3-5 years' relevant Quantity Surveying experience
- Glass and aluminium / façade construction experience - highly advantageous
- Strong experience with quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimating and project costing
- Experience with variations, progress claims and final accounts
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specifications
- Strong Excel and numerical skills
- Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail
- Professional registration - advantageous
