Manage glass and aluminium construction projects from contract award through to completion, overseeing project delivery, site teams, budgets, quality, contracts and client relationships.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in Contracts / Project Management within construction
Direct glass and aluminium industry experience - essential
Strong experience with façades, curtain walling, shopfronts, glass and aluminium installations
Strong knowledge of JBCC contracts, variations and claims
Proven experience managing site teams, subcontractors and multiple projects
Strong project planning, cost control and client management experience
Relevant construction/project management qualification - advantageous
Valid driver’s licence and own transport - essential
