Fluent in German (B2C2) and looking for an exciting opportunity by the coast Join an international online retail project supporting customers in German and English.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer support via phone email and chat
- Assist with online orders deliveries and general enquiries
- Deliver professional service in German and English
- Work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
- German proficiency B2C2 (spoken & written)
- Good command of English
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
- Customer service or call centre experience (retail advantageous)
- Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts including weekends
- Attractive remuneration package
- One-way local flight to Durban prior to start date
- 20 nights accommodation provided on arrival
- Full-time on-site role in Umhlanga
