Call Centre Agent – Insurance (Full Time)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Agent with experience in the insurance sector for a BPO. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, assisting with policy queries, sales, and customer retention while maintaining high service standards.

• Minimum 1 Year experience in an insurance call centre environment
• Grade 12 / Matric
• Clear criminal record
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Computer literate (MS Office and CRM systems advantageous)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Assist clients with policy queries, amendments, and product information
• Promote and upsell insurance products where applicable
• Ensure accurate capturing of customer information on internal systems
• Maintain compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
