Travel Consultant

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Travel Consultant to join their team in Durban, Kwa Zulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year’s experience, previous travel industry experience, and strong knowledge of reservation systems such as Amadeus (non-negotiable). Candidates must have a Matric certificate, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and demonstrate excellent accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS:

DUTIES:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Design and sell customized travel itineraries tailored to individual customer preferences.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on travel destinations and experiences.
• Identify and maximize sales opportunities to achieve business targets.

HOURS:

• The office operates from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Sunday.
• Rostered shifts, including weekends.
• Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
