Pacific International Lines (PIL) is seeking a motivated Reefer Customer Service Executive to manage national reefer customer service operations and ensure temperature-controlled cargo is handled in line with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and company procedures.
You will act as a customer advocate, resolve issues quickly, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs, with a focus on KPI delivery and service excellence.
