Msuez Uk is a leading collections and customer service company based in Durban North, South Africa. We specialize in providing effective and efficient solutions to our clients' collections and customer service needs. We are seeking a highly motivated Collections and Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

• Contact customers to collect outstanding payments and resolve any billing issues
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and payments
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies for improving collections processes
• Monitor and report on collection activities and make recommendations for improvement
• Identify and escape potential issues or disputes to management
• Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices for collections and customer service
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections and customer service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of collections laws and regulations
• Bilingual in English and another language is a plus

This is a full-time position based in our office in Durban North, South Africa. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Occasional overtime may be required. The successful candidate may also be required to work remotely at times.
