In this role, you’ll help customers resolve queries, manage escalated cases, and deliver positive customer experiences with professionalism, care, and confidence. This opportunity offers a base salary of R8 000
, a guaranteed campaign allowance of R1 000
, and performance-based incentives.

• Take ownership of high-profile and escalated cases from start to resolution
• Manage work orders within agreed business SLAs
• Assess health and safety risks and take a proactive approach to help mitigate risks to the client’s business
• Consistently apply agreed behavioural, quality, and compliance standards
• Share knowledge, updates, and best practices with colleagues
• Communicate campaign-relevant information to colleagues, customers, and managers
• Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the campaign
• Work toward first contact resolution in every customer interaction
• Protect information security and follow the correct processes when raising concerns
• Provide excellent customer experiences at all times
• Verify and update customer information accurately
• Proactively offer solutions to customer questions, issues, or concerns

• Have a minimum of 12 months of international BPO call centre experience
• Are credit‑clear
• Have passed Grade 12
• Can work shifts in a 24-hour environment
• Are proficient in English verbal and written communication
• Are motivated, dependable, and able to take ownership of responsibilities
• Can manage customer conversations with patience, clarity, and professionalism
• Are comfortable working in a fast‑paced, service-focused environment
• Enjoy solving problems and supporting positive customer outcomes

• Have experience in travel, e‑commerce, retail, or fintech
• Have experience managing escalated customer queries
• Are comfortable learning new systems, processes, and campaign updates quickly
