Junior Architect

About the Role

Our client is seeking an ambitious and creative Junior Architect to join their vibrant studio in Durban . This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified architect to gain hands-on experience across all project phases, from conceptualization to completion. You will work closely with senior architects, contributing to design development, site analysis, and the preparation of presentation materials. We are looking for a motivated individual eager to learn, grow their skills, and make a tangible impact on innovative architectural projects within Kwa Zulu-Natal .

• Assist in the development of architectural concepts and design proposals.
• Prepare 3D models and visualizations for client presentations.
• Conduct research on building materials, systems, and relevant design trends.
• Support the preparation of construction documentation and specifications.
• Participate in site meetings and assist with project administration.

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Professional registration with SACAP (South African Council for the Architectural Profession) is advantageous.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and conceptual thinking.
