We design and manufacture retail displays, shopfit environments, branded point-of-sale experiences, signage, and all the cool stuff people actually notice in-store. We’re looking for a 3D Designer who loves strong visuals, clean renders, and bringing ideas to life fast. If you can turn a rough concept into a wow render and make it feel real enough to touch, keep reading.

You’ll be working on a mix of retail brand projects, creating:

• 3D concepts for retail displays, POS units, signage and in-store environments
• Punchy renders for client presentations
• Scene setups, lighting, materials, and camera angles that actually sell the idea
• Quick mockups, variations and refinements as projects evolve
• Visual storytelling — helping us show clients what the final result will look like before we build it

You don’t need to be “corporate perfect” — you need to be visually sharp, reliable, and obsessed with the details.

You should be:

• Confident in 3D modeling + rendering
• Someone who understands composition and makes things look expensive
• Comfortable working at pace (retail doesn’t wait)
• A team player who can take feedback without taking it personally

• Cinema 4D
• Blender
• Adobe Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator minimum)

• Retail / POS / shopfitting projects
• Product-style rendering
• Brand environments / visual merchandising concepts
• Mood boards + concept presentation layouts

• Projects that go from concept → render → real world fast
• A team that moves quickly and thinks creatively
• A space where design matters (and doesn’t sit in a folder forever)
• Big brands, big visibility, big opportunities
