Our teams are structured to ensure that client expectations are met while incorporating the vision and practicality of each project.

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic, design-led practice based at our Woodstock, Cape Town studio. This role is suited to a technically strong, detail-oriented individual who can take ownership of projects from design development through to construction, ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance.

• Professional registration with SACAP is desirable but not a mandatory requirement.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in architectural documentation and project delivery.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD would be advantageous but is not essential
• Strong technical detailing and documentation skills.
• Thorough understanding of municipal approval processes and construction documentation.
• Ability to work independently and within a project team.

• Prepare and coordinate technical drawing packages.
• Assist with municipal and statutory submissions.
• Coordinate drawings with consultants.

• This opportunity is based in our Woodstock, Cape Town studio.
• The remuneration package, which includes group life cover (post probation) will be commensurate with experience.
• Candidates should be eligible to work in South Africa and be able to attend the office.
