Overview

EDUCATOR:
Skin Care & Product Trainer

Location: DURBAN-NORTH | Kwa-Zulu Natal KZN (ZA)

Start: March 2026

Reporting to: Brand Director / Group HR / CEO

Employment terms: Full Time (office based)

Trading hours & shifts: Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 17:00pm. Must be flexible in accommodating international time zones for online training.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver skin care and product training to distributor markets as part of global, professional education and brand experience.
  • Provide hands-on training delivery along with administrative duties, content development, and logistical support.
  • Ensure alignment between the company s education efforts and its global brand strategy; engage distributor teams through training, events, and ongoing communication.
Qualifications
  • South African national
  • Valid driver license with own, reliable vehicle
  • Fit and healthy — mentally and physically demanding role
  • Diploma in Skin Care / Somatology / Cosmetology or Dermal Aesthetics (minimum 2-year diploma)
  • CIDESCO / ITEC accredited
  • Bonus Skill:
    Train the Trainer / Educator certification
  • Knowledge of Electrical Skin Care devices and advanced, active ingredients
  • Incumbent must be based in or around Durban / Durban North
  • A minimum of 2+ years in the industry as a skin care professional (post graduation)
  • Minimum 3+ years experience as Product Trainer / Educator or Lecturer
  • Computer confident including MS Word, MS Excel, One Drive, MS PowerPoint & Outlook, Zoom / Teams
  • Confident, clear English command (first or second language)
  • Confident delivering presentations and speaking to an audience
  • Highly presentable and professionally groomed
  • Non-smoking, good health and oral hygiene
  • Able to travel out of town and overnight for a week each month
