Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to serve as the Head of Department for English at a leading secondary school in Durban. This senior position requires a visionary educator to oversee the curriculum, guide a team of English teachers, and foster a culture of literary excellence. • Lead, manage, and support the English department staff, including professional development and performance reviews.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the English curriculum across all relevant grades.
