Responsibilities- Complete a broad scope of technical tasks including installation/commissioning, maintenance, and evaluation of customers' equipment and systems.
- Support customers remotely and onsite, providing 2nd and 3rd level user support for arising issues.
- Contribute to or maintain internal tools, equipment, processes, and data repositories.
- Participate in estimation, planning, and review of technical tasks to support project acquisition and management.
- Engage in technical design and development for service offerings, manage subcontractors, and monitor delivery.
- Support all service processes and ensure optimal performance and efficiency within your area of responsibility.
- Participate in training courses, including self‑study, computer courses, and on‑the‑job training for skills development and knowledge transfer.
- Perform any other duties reasonably expected of a Customer Service Engineer.
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering (light current) or equivalent, with 5–8 years of experience in repair and maintenance of X‑ray equipment and/or similar digital imaging scope in the healthcare sector.
- Experience performing Radiation Quality Assurance tests as required by ISP 17020 Inspection Body is advantageous.
- 5 years’ experience repairing and maintaining X‑ray equipment and/or Cathlabs/Angio labs.
- IT experience is advantageous.
- Must be able to work overtime during weeks and weekends, and on public holidays.
- Willing to perform standby duties after hours; weekend work required on a rotational basis.
- Excellence, quality, and compliance in daily interactions, operations, and reporting are mandatory.
