One of our prominent client, a key player in the global mining sphere seeks to appoint an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-performance team in a dynamic, continuous-process plant environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring optimal plant availability, infrastructure integrity, and electrical supply reliability, while driving operational excellence and compliance with HSEQ standards.

You will report to senior leadership and play a key role in shaping maintenance strategies, resource optimization, and cost control in a 24/7 beneficiation process that includes ore milling, rotary kilns, leaching, purification, and electrowinning.

• Ensure electrical supply integrity and infrastructure management.
• Drive plant availability and reliability through effective maintenance planning.
• Lead and develop a high-performance engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ legislation, policies, and procedures.
• Implement cost control measures and optimize OPEX/CAPEX.
• Conduct risk assessments and oversee work planning and execution.

• Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current).
• Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) - Factories.
• 10 years' experience in heavy industry.
• 8 years' senior management experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
