Job Description
- Plan and execute planned and unplanned outages/shutdowns
- Implement and update maintenance strategy for the business
- Submit monthly project reports
- Lead root cause analysis of repetitive failure and recommend improvement actions
- Identify risk exposure and risk mitigation measures
- Ensure all safety files for service providers are reviewed and approved
- Partake in all investigations relevant to maintenance activities
- Must have a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Diploma/ Degree or Equivalent
- Minimum 3 years Maintenance / Engineering/Project experience - preferably in the chemical /petrochemical industry
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience in Maintenance Systems
- Must have experience with preparation and management of budgets (OPEX & CAPEX)
- Good understanding of SHEQ systems (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 & ISO 19001)
