Venogy Talent is supporting a growing international engineering business that delivers complex energy efficiency, electrification and operational performance solutions across heavy industry.

Following significant growth and international expansion, the business is seeking a senior engineering leader to help shape the next phase of its global engineering capability.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced engineering executive to influence strategy, strengthen technical governance, and build scalable engineering structures across multiple regions.

Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will provide technical leadership across a broad portfolio of industrial projects, supporting engineering teams operating throughout Europe, North America and Africa.

• Leading engineering standards, governance and technical excellence across the business
• Building engineering capability, resource planning processes and succession strategies
• Supporting the growth of multidisciplinary engineering teams across multiple regions
• Providing technical guidance across industrial electrical, automation and process optimisation projects
• Working closely with clients, technology partners, OEMs and delivery teams
• Driving continuous improvement, quality, reliability and operational performance
• Contributing to wider business strategy, growth initiatives and executive decision making

We are keen to speak with engineering leaders who combine strong technical credibility with the ability to build and lead high‑performing teams.

• 15+ years of engineering experience within industrial, manufacturing, energy or infrastructure environments
• Strong electrical and automation engineering expertise
• Experience leading engineering teams across multiple locations or regions
• Exposure to industrial systems, controls, power, automation or electrification technologies
• Experience working alongside OEMs, EPCs, system integrators or industrial end‑users
• A track record of improving engineering structure, governance and delivery performance
• Commercial awareness and confidence operating at executive level
