Are you a passionate Mechanical Engineer with a flair for product design and a love for the outdoors? We’re looking for an innovative and hands‑on Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic product development team and bring new ideas to life.

You will independently drive the design and development of innovative mechanical products
, taking concepts from idea through to production. This role requires strong technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to manage projects end‑to‑end while meeting cost, quality, and timeline targets.

• Lead the design and development of new products from concept to production release
• Develop and maintain project timelines
  , coordinating internal teams and external partners
• Enhance and improve existing products through innovative design solutions
• Recommend optimal manufacturing methods and materials aligned with best practice
• Conduct prototyping, testing, and validation to ensure product performance and reliability
• Produce detailed engineering documentation, specifications, and drawings
• Perform feasibility studies, cost estimations, and competitive testing
• Troubleshoot design challenges and deliver cost‑effective, scalable solutions
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical design engineering
• Proven background in consumer product design or outdoor products

• Advanced proficiency in Solid Works (3D CAD)
• Strong knowledge of material science
  , including:
• Plastic injection moulding
• Die‑casting
• Sheet metal fabrication
• Solid understanding of the full product development lifecycle
• Ability to translate concepts into manufacturable designs
• Experience managing complex product development projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commercial awareness, including costing and timeline management
