• Participate in managing procedures associated with preparation and collation of contract documentation and/or evaluating tender applications for variety of works relating to the department.
• Responsible for infrastructure planning within the department.
• Participates and supports according to the Municipal Finance Management Practices’ output plan.
• Executes delegated responsibilities in respect of leading professional project teams from inception to completion of strategic projects and contributes to the identification and development of key internal professional.

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (NQF Level
  8) in Civil Engineering.
• Registered as a Professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).
• Valid motor vehicle driving license.
• 7 Years relevant post registration experience.
