Blue Projects is seeking a Junior Process Engineer in Durban. You will support the design, development and delivery of brewing and distilling process systems across the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities include process design, calculations, documentation, and on-site commissioning, with a focus on safety and quality. The role requires at least two years in process engineering or project management within brewing, distilling or food manufacturing, plus a chemical/process engineering degree.
