Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree or Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Professional registration with ECSA as Pr Eng will be advantageous.
- 15 years of consulting engineering and water infrastructure delivery experience.
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary water teams and major infrastructure projects.
- Experience in water engineering, water treatment works, wastewater treatment works, bulk water systems, dams, pump stations, pipelines and reservoirs.
- Strong project delivery, commercial, governance, risk management and stakeholder management capability.
- Experience leading or integrating a national sector / business line under a matrix or centralised operating model will be advantageous.
- Experience overseeing Water Engineer, PM / Lead Engineer and construction supervision teams on major water infrastructure projects will be advantageous.
- Strong client relationships with municipalities, water boards, public sector entities and regional infrastructure clients will be advantageous.
