The Sustainability and Environmental Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of environmental compliance within the organization, ensuring adherence to local, national, and international environmental regulations. This is a critical position that will play a key role in driving our commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.

• Develop and implement environmental compliance programs and policies
• Conduct regular environmental audits and inspections to identify areas of non-compliance
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
• Prepare and submit required environmental reports and documentation
  
  Stay informed about changes in environmental laws and regulations
• Provide training and guidance to employees on environmental compliance and sustainability best practices

• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and environmental compliance software

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in environmental compliance and sustainability are preferred.

5+ years of experience in environmental compliance and sustainability management. Experience in a managerial or supervisory role is highly desirable.
