About the Role

In this hands-on role, you will be instrumental in analyzing, redesigning, and implementing more efficient workflows and production methodologies. - Analyze existing production processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement new process flows, layouts, and standard operating procedures using lean manufacturing techniques.

- Conduct time and motion studies, ergonomic assessments, and capacity planning analyses.
- Train production staff on new procedures and best practices to ensure effective adoption.
- Monitor and report on the performance of implemented improvements, making adjustments as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of practical experience as an Industrial Engineer, focusing on process optimization.
- Solid understanding and application of lean principles, Kaizen events, and value stream mapping.
- Experience with data collection and statistical analysis for process evaluation.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with process simulation tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
