Junior Electronic Design & Detailing Engineer - La Mercy KZN

Technical Competencies & Duties:

• Harness Design & Engineering:
  Design and develop electrical and electronic harnesses utilizing Creo Parametric in strict compliance with engineering specifications, technical drawings, and manufacturing standards.
• Design for Manufacturing (DFM) & Serviceability:
  Integrate critical design-to-production factors, including routing optimization, strain relief, robust grounding/earthing, component sourcing, unit assembly sequencing, accessibility, and ease of field serviceability.
• Project Delivery & Timeline Management:
  Manage engineering phases of product development to guarantee on-time delivery, proactively mitigating risks of production delays while dynamically adapting to tight, project-specific schedules.
• Operational Flexibility:
  Execute ad-hoc technical projects and fulfill reasonable operational directives from management to support shifting production demands.
