This crucial role focuses on ensuring the seamless and stable integration of diverse energy sources, including renewables, into the existing power grid. You will be at the forefront of developing and implementing strategies that enhance grid reliability and efficiency in the face of evolving energy landscapes.

- Analyze grid stability and performance, developing strategies for the integration of new energy generation sources.
- Design and model grid interconnection points and protocols to ensure compliance and safety.
- Collaborate with grid operators, engineers, and policy makers to facilitate smooth integration processes.
- Develop and implement control systems and algorithms for grid stability and power quality management.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for potential grid connection projects.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and regulatory changes impacting grid integration.
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field with a specialization in power systems.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in grid integration, power systems planning, or operations.
- Expertise in power system simulation software (e.g., PSS/E, DIgSILENT Power Factory, PSCAD).
- Strong understanding of power electronics, FACTS devices, and energy storage systems.
- Knowledge of grid codes, interconnection standards, and energy market regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
