• Lead the design, development, and implementation of new industrial chemical processes.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of existing chemical production plants.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures.
• Manage capital projects related to process upgrades and new installations, from conception to completion.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of chemical engineers and technicians.

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in industrial chemical process engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
• Expertise in process simulation, P&t, and HAZOP studies.
• Strong knowledge of chemical plant operations, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities.
