This is an on-site role requiring dedication to the physical plant and its processes.
- Lead the engineering team in the design, modification, and troubleshooting of complex chemical processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance process efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Manage process engineering projects from conception through to completion, including budget and timeline oversight.
- Mentor and develop junior process engineers, fostering a high-performance team environment.
- Collaborate with plant management and operations staff to resolve production challenges and implement best practices.
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering .
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience in process engineering, with significant experience in industrial chemicals manufacturing.
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge of process safety management (PSM) and HAZOP analysis.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of process control systems and automation.
