Senior Design Engineer - Thermal Systems

• Design and develop robust thermal management systems, including heat sinks, fans, heat pipes, and liquid cooling solutions.
• Perform detailed thermal analysis using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and finite element analysis (FEA) tools.
• Select appropriate materials and components, considering factors such as thermal conductivity, cost, and manufacturability.
• Collaborate closely with product development teams to integrate thermal solutions seamlessly into new product designs.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate thermal performance and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Document design specifications, test results, and manufacturing guidelines clearly and accurately for the engineering and production teams.

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with a specialization in thermal sciences.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in designing and analyzing thermal systems .
• Expertise in CFD software (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL) and thermal simulation techniques.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer principles, and fluid dynamics.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple project priorities.
