- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Over 8 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on process optimization and system design.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in simulation software (e.g., Flex Sim, Simio) and CAD tools.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with a data‑driven approach.
