We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Casino Host at Msuez Uk in Durban, South Africa. The successful candidate will work closely with the Casino Host to ensure the smooth operation of the casino and provide exceptional service to our guests.

• Assist the Casino Host in managing the day-to-day operations of the casino
• Greet and welcome guests, providing them with information about the casino and its services
• Assist in organizing and coordinating special events and promotions
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the casino floor
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and company policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience
• Assist in tracking and reporting guest activity and providing feedback to management
  
  Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Assist in training and supervising other casino staff as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
• Knowledge of casino games and operations is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written
