Product Operations Specialist

The Jackpot Product team is responsible for product direction and managing operations across the jackpot network. The team regularly engages with customers, commercial teams and technical teams across the organisation to drive jackpot priorities and evangelise the product suite. Progressive jackpots are a high value product line which is crucial to Games Global and its customers. Games Global is a leading jackpot supplier providing several iconic jackpot franchises across a large customer base in all major regulated markets.

We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to provide specialist support and expertise in the management of the Games Global jackpot network. The role includes operational actions and tasks implementing the jackpot strategy, deep subject matter expertise, customer engagement, product delivery, data analysis and product research. This role is a key contributor to the smooth operation of Games Global jackpots.

• Ensure efficient delivery of game, jackpot and customer setups
• Process jackpot wins and the associated tasks related to customer payouts
• Create and document processes which protect revenue and streamline delivery
• Ensure our processes scale with the increasing demand for our products
• Perform jackpot reporting and external audits to remain compliant
• Support the delivery of the Jackpot strategy, working with wider stakeholders
• Develop internal and external relationships to support uptake and drive performance
• Provide support and expertise on the jackpot suite to internal and external stakeholders
• Feedback on customer requirements and live issues to internal product and development teams
• Translate commercial requirements to actionable tasks for product teams
• Support projects and new product releases ensuring optimal delivery meeting business requirements

• 5+ Years working in a product operations environment
• Experience in end-to-end delivery of projects and new products
• Experience managing production systems, content and tools
• Experience in customer engagement and service delivery
• Knowledge of casino products and games within iGaming
• Knowledge of jackpot product fundamentals within iGaming
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance & markets
• Proficient in data reporting and analysis
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Leadership in customer engagement and service delivery

Experience in the casino or gaming industry is highly advantageous but not compulsory
