• Create high-quality concept art for characters, environments, props, and key story moments.
• Collaborate closely with the art director and design team to establish and maintain the visual style and mood of game projects.
• Develop detailed sketches, renders, and mood boards to communicate artistic vision effectively.
• Research historical periods, cultures, and visual styles to inform concept development.
• Mentor junior concept artists and provide constructive feedback to elevate the team's output.

• Over 5 years of professional experience as a Concept Artist in the game development industry, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional skill.
• Mastery of digital painting software such as Photoshop, Procreate, or similar.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, perspective, color theory, light, and composition.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience working within a studio environment.
