- Budget Creation:
Collaborating with department heads to create realistic and achievable budgets that align with the company’s strategic goals. - Variance Analysis:
Comparing actual financial performance against the budget and investigating significant variances to understand their causes. - Resource Allocation:
Ensuring that financial resources are allocated efficiently to support key business initiatives and operational needs.Reporting and Compliance
- Financial Statements Preparation:
Overseeing the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in accordance with accounting standards.
