Finance Graduate Internship

Our Finance Graduate Internship offers young professionals the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced finance environment while building a strong foundation for a long‑term career.

This 12-month paid internship is designed to provide practical exposure to key financial functions. Interns will work alongside experienced finance professionals, gaining real‑world skills in bookkeeping, reporting, reconciliations, audits, and financial administration. The programme includes mentorship and development opportunities aligned with industry standards

• Assist Bookkeepers with creditor processes
• Assist with month‑end journals, reconciliations, financial reporting schedules, support tax‑related reconciliations including VAT, EMP returns, and income tax calculations
• Work with the Procurement team on cost approvals, documentation control, supplier records, and participate in variance analysis and cost‑saving initiatives
• Handle daily canteen cash‑ups and ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting
• Participate in stock counts, asset registers, and verification exercises

• Completed 3-year Diploma or Degree in Finance (from a public tertiary institution)
