Finance Reconciliations Manager

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and oversee complex financial reconciliations across multiple accounts and business areas.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness and integrity of financial data.
• Investigate and resolve reconciling items, discrepancies and variances.
• Drive robust financial controls and reconciliation processes.
• Manage month-end, year-end and reporting deadlines.
• Review and analyse financial information to identify trends, risks and anomalies.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and operational teams to resolve financial issues.
• Provide meaningful financial insight and recommendations to management.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and efficiencies.
• Lead, mentor and develop finance team members.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, policies and internal controls.

• CA(SA) qualification
• 5+ years' relevant post-qualification experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Financial Manager / senior finance management role
• Strong technical accounting and financial management expertise
• Proven experience managing complex reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills
