We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Financial Manager (CASA) to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 10 years post-article experience in financial management, strategic planning, and team leadership. This role requires a deep understanding of financial principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to drive financial performance and growth within the company.

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct thorough financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Financial Reporting:Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.

  Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the company's assets.

• Cost Management: Monitor and control costs to optimize financial performance. Implement cost-saving initiatives and improve operational efficiencies.
• Strategic Planning:Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the companys long-term goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

• Certified Chartered Accountant (CASA): Must be a registered Chartered Accountant in South Africa.
• Experience:Minimum of 10 years post-article experience in financial management roles.
• Technical Expertise:Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and corporate finance principles.
