An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated Finance Officer to join a dynamic team at their Head Office in Durban . This role is based in Durban North.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with day-to-day finance and accounting functions.
- Manage and maintain debtors' accounts and related financial records.
- Perform banking activities and assist with online banking payment processing.
- Ensure transactions and financial information are captured accurately and timeously.
- Assist with reconciliations and general financial administration.
- Support the finance team with reporting and other accounting requirements.
- Ensure deadlines are consistently met while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Assist with fleet-related financial administration , where required.
Skills Required:
- Finance-related qualification.
- 23 years' post-qualification or relevant studying experience.
- Previous exposure to debtors and banking is essential.
- Experience with loading payments on an online banking platform.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Strong numerical and analytical ability.
- Knowledge or experience in fleet management will be advantageous.
