Finance & Database Coordinator

• Own and enhance the quality, reporting, workflows, and data infrastructure supporting the OS 360 operating system.
• Capture and reconcile revenue from service providers within financial systems.
• Review commission statements for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain a comprehensive archive.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports on commissions, revenue, and management metrics using Microsoft Excel.
• Support external accountants with management accounts and annual financial statements.
• Maintain precise business databases, reporting schedules, and data quality controls.
• Generate ad-hoc reports on KPIs, business analytics, and management information.
• Resolve finance, data, and administrative queries from service providers and colleagues.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation, and the development of efficient data workflows.

• Matric certificate.
• Finance / Accounting degree
• At least three years of experience in a finance, commission, revenue, or database coordination role.
• Proven experience with management accounts, reconciliations, and revenue reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.

• Experience with financial management systems and reporting automation.

• A competitive salary ranging from R15,000 to R25,000 per month (Cost to Company).
