Paraplanner

Join a dynamic team within a leading financial services company committed to excellence and client-centric solutions. Our client, a well-established organization in Durban, is seeking a dedicated Paraplanner to support their advisory team and ensure high-quality financial advice documentation.

What You'll Do:

• Research and gather relevant information on financial advice matters for advisers.

• Draft comprehensive client reports and Records of Advice in collaboration with advisers and the Administration Manager.

• Review policy schedules and other client reports prepared by the administration team for accuracy and compliance.

• Support compliance duties and assist in coordinating the adviser client-review process.

• Liaise effectively with advisers, clients, service providers, and colleagues on advice-related projects.

• Contribute to the development of advice and administration processes, client-facing templates, and the client touchpoint strategy.

Requirements:

• Matric certificate.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.

• Strong research, report writing, and analytical skills.

• Financial Planning qualification or in progress of one (NQF5 Wealth Management at Minimum)

• RE5 preferred

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to review documents for accuracy.

• Competitive salary of R35,000 - R45,000 per month (Cost to Company)
