Lead Esthetician

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Esthetician to manage and inspire their skincare team at a leading spa in Durban . This position offers the chance to guide the aesthetic direction of the spa, provide advanced skincare treatments, and contribute to an exceptional client experience. You will be instrumental in developing new treatment protocols, training staff, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery in the beautiful coastal city of Kwa Zulu-Natal .

• Perform a wide range of advanced facial treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other skincare procedures.
• Develop and implement new spa treatment menus and service protocols based on industry trends and client needs.
• Train and mentor junior estheticians, providing ongoing feedback and skill development support.
• Manage inventory of skincare products and professional supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Consult with clients to assess skin conditions, recommend personalized treatment plans, and educate them on home care routines.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and tranquil treatment environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations in Durban .

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a practicing Esthetician , with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and advanced treatment modalities.
• Proven ability to perform professional skincare treatments with precision and care.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Current esthetics license and relevant certifications in advanced techniques.
